Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with power electronics, batteries, EV charging, or energy systems is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically/internationally and work in multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Support design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of BESS, EV charging, and electrification systems.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Support integration and validation of batteries, power conversion systems, controls, and interfaces.
• Perform laboratory testing, data collection, and issue troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with electrical, firmware/software, mechanical, systems, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Support prototype builds, design reviews, product validation, and field commissioning.
