Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Electrical Engineer for Peachtree City, GA or Moon Township, PA. The role focuses on design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of energy storage and electrification systems, with collaboration across multiple engineering teams.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least one year of relevant experience. Travel up to 10% may be required, and no immigration sponsorship is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; December 2026 grads eligible.
• Minimum one year of relevant engineering experience (internship, co-op, or project work).
• No immigration sponsorship; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT not supported.
• Relocation not offered; within 50-mile radius of Moon Township PA or Peachtree City GA.

Responsibilities

• Support design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of BESS, EV charging, and electrification systems.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Support integration and validation of batteries, power conversion systems, controls, and communication interfaces.
• Perform laboratory testing, data collection, analysis, and troubleshooting of electrical and system-level issues.
• Collaborate with electrical, firmware/software, mechanical, systems, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Support prototype builds, design reviews, product validation, and field commissioning activities.
• Develop test procedures, engineering reports, and work instructions.
• Contribute to product safety, reliability, quality, and performance improvements.
