Qualifications

• No relocation benefit; candidates within a 50-mile radius of Moon Township PA or Peachtree City GA will be considered
• Eaton will not sponsor CPT/ OPT/ STEM OPT or other work authorization
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically or internationally

Responsibilities

• Support design, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of BESS, EV charging, and electrification systems
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, specs, and documentation
• Support integration and validation of batteries, power conversion, controls, and interfaces
• Perform laboratory testing, data collection, analysis, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with electrical, firmware/software, mechanical, systems, manufacturing, and quality teams
• Support prototype builds, design reviews, product validation, certification, and field commissioning activities
• Develop test procedures, engineering reports, and work instructions
• Contribute to product safety, reliability, quality, and performance improvements
