Danika Plumbing is hiring an experienced electrical service technician who can troubleshoot electrical problems, present solutions, and confidently close work. Sales ability is a core requirement of this position.

We’re looking for someone who connects with homeowners, explains their options clearly, handles objections professionally, and asks for the sale—then delivers quality work.

Required qualifications

• Active Washington State 02/01 residential/commercial electrician certification.
• Electrical service experience, including troubleshooting, repairs, and working directly with homeowners.
• Previous sales training and experience applying it on service calls.
• A proven ability to turn estimates and recommendations into approved work.
• Professional communication, dependable follow-through, and strong workmanship.

Ideal candidate

An experienced 02/01 electrician with sales training, demonstrated closing results, and a General Electrical Administrator (AD01) certificate. The administrator credential is strongly preferred.
