Staffmark in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Maintenance Technician on a direct hire basis. The role offers an hourly pay rate of $28.00–$34.00 with a first-year bonus potential up to $3,000. Work schedule is 2–2–3 with 8:00 AM–8:00 PM shifts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and electrical troubleshooting experience. Strong safety mindset, teamwork, and the ability to work independently are essential. Lifting up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a safe work ethic around energized/de-energized high/low voltage circuits.
• 3 years of industrial electrical experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair Electrical: repair and maintain all electrical work for day or night shift back to its proper working condition in a timely fashion.
• Follow Instructions: follow all safety regulations, clean up after each job, and be on-call for after-hours maintenance repairs as needed.
• Ensure Compliance: ensure departmental compliance with all certification requirements, and maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with AIB/ISO standards.

Pay Rate: $28.00 – $34.00 per hour (1st year bonus potential of up to $3,000!)

Shift: 2 – 2 – 3 Schedule | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Do This:

• Ensure Compliance: Ensure departmental compliance with all certification requirements, and maintain good housekeeping practices in accordance with AIB/ISO standards. You will maintain cleaning compliance for each piece of equipment being repaired.
