The role requires 3+ years of experience, state licensing is preferred, and familiarity with Service Titan or similar software is a plus. A valid driver's license is mandatory, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential electrician experience.
• Electrical certifications and state licensing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair procedures.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar trade software is a plus.
• Ability to explain issues clearly to customers.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Electrical System Installation & Repairs – Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, lighting, and fixtures in residential homes
• Diagnostics & Troubleshooting – Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical issues, circuit breakers, transformers, and wiring systems
• Code Compliance – Ensure all electrical work meets national, state, and local regulations
• Customer Engagement – Inform customers about issues, solutions, and system performance, providing recommendations for products and services to improve efficiency and safety
• Technical Expertise – Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to execute precise and effective electrical work
• Service Documentation – Use Service Titan software to track completed work, ensuring accurate records and seamless service
• Safety & Quality Assurance – Follow all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure high-quality workmanship
