EMCOR Government Services, Inc. seeks a 1st shift Electrician to support the FBI Central Records Complex in Winchester, VA. You will maintain electrical distribution, lighting, power equipment, and related systems for a secure federal facility under a government contract.

Required are a Virginia Journeyman Electrician License, four years of electrical experience, and the ability to operate MEWPs and forklifts safely. A Top Secret clearance or eligibility is needed.

• Active Top Secret security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current Virginia Journeyman Electrician License.
• Minimum four years of electrical experience in relevant facilities.
• Ability to safely operate MEWPs and forklifts per site rules.

Mansioni

• Perform electrical operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and limited installation work for building distribution and systems.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and documentation to support safe troubleshooting and repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, readings, and deficiency reporting per program and contract.
• Test circuits and equipment using meters and test instruments; verify performance and safety.
• Identify issues and unsafe conditions; take action or escalate per procedures.
• Document readings, histories, and follow-up requirements; maintain records.
• Respond to urgent service calls; communicate status and follow-up needs promptly.
• Coordinate with supervisor, government stakeholders, and vendors; ensure safety and contract compliance.
