Job summary

Dubak Electrical Group, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Electrician's Helper to join our team in an industrial environment. You will assist electricians, carry tools, and maintain a clean work area while following safety protocols.

No experience is required, but a willingness to learn and strong safety mindset are essential. This position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50–100 lbs frequently, with potential for apprenticeship advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Capable of lifting 50–100 lbs frequently.
• Commitment to safety and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians in installation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Carry tools and materials and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, and mounting equipment.
• Support the team in various tasks as needed to complete projects on time.
• Handling and distribution of tools and materials to the electricians as needed.
• Jobsite cleanup and housekeeping on a daily basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist electricians in the installation of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Carry tools and materials and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform basic tasks such as drilling, cutting, and mounting equipment.
• Support the team in various tasks as needed to complete projects on time

• Perform tasks wearing required PPE such as protective clothing, safety glasses/goggles, steel-toed boots, etc.
• Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects, loads of 50-100 lbs. frequently
• Be able to work in all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.) depending on job location and/or time of year.
• Effective communication skills to be able to work well with others
• Must be respectful with your words and actions towards co-workers, clients, and vendors
• Ability to work overtime and weekends, as needed
• Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle
• Must be at least 18 years old.
