W-Industries is seeking Offshore Electricians to join our team for electrical construction projects on offshore production platforms in the Gulf of America. This role involves working with a variety of electrical systems in challenging offshore environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with marine armored shipboard cables and be comfortable working in physically demanding conditions. The candidate should be able to read drawings, terminate 24V up to 480V, install cable

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in electrical construction or offshore electrical work.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with marine armored shipboard cables and cable penetrations is a plus.

This role involves working with a variety of electrical systems in challenging offshore environments. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with marine armored shipboard cables and be comfortable working in physically demanding conditions.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in electrical construction
• Ability to read and understand drawings
• Experience with glanding of marine armored shipboard cables
• Experience terminating 24V up to 480V systems
• Experience pulling cable and installing cable tray systems
• Experience installing hilti studs and working with cable penetrations (MCT Brattberg, Roxtec, RISE)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to work in hot/cold environments and possibly loud areas
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods, reach, lift, bend, and climb stairs
