Job summary

W-Industries is seeking an Offshore Electrician for electrical construction on offshore production platforms in the Gulf of America. The ideal candidate will read drawings, terminate medium voltage systems, pull cable, and install cable tray systems in challenging offshore environments.

Minimum 3+ years of offshore electrical experience is required; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold, loud conditions on production facilities is expected. E-Verify not mentioned.

Qualifications

  • Reading drawings and electrical schematics required.
  • Glanding marine armored cables and terminating 24V–480V systems.
  • Pulling cable and installing cable tray systems.
  • Installing Hilti studs and working with penetrations (MCT Brattberg, Roxtec, Rise).
  • Minimum 3+ years of offshore electrical construction experience.

We are seeking an Offshore Electrician for Electrical construction on offshore production platforms in the Gulf of America

Requirements
  • must have experience with reading and understanding drawings, glanding of marine armored shipboard cables, terminating 24V up to 480V systems, pulling cable, installation of cable tray systems, installing hilti studs, working with cable penetrations such as MCT Brattberg, Roxtec, and RISE.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly
  • Work in hot/cold environments, possibly loud areas on production facilities
  • Walk/stand for long periods
  • Reaching, lifting and bending, climbing stairs, etc.
