Job summary

Piedmont Augusta Hospital is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, maintain and repair wiring, electrical equipment and fixtures across the facility.

Responsibilities include servicing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV and security systems, adhering to Life Safety Codes and DNV guidelines, and handling service orders and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an electrician program preferred.
• 3 years of maintenance technician experience, including electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair wiring, electrical equipment and fixtures.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV and security systems in the facility.
• Maintain the facility in accordance with DNV guidelines and Life Safety Codes.
• Perform hands-on duties including service orders, preventative maintenance and various other requests, verbal and written.
