Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle wiring, electrical equipment, and fixtures. You will also maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV and security systems to keep the facility operating smoothly.

Role requires a high school diploma or GED, and a preference for graduates of an electrician program. A minimum of 3 years in maintenance tech with electrical experience is expected, with substitutions possible for electricians graduates.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of Electrician program preferred.
• 3 years of Maintenance Tech experience including electrical.
• Experience may be substituted if graduate from an Electrician program.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical equipment and fixtures.
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV and security systems in the facility.
• Ensure facility compliance with DNV guidelines and Life Safety Codes.
• Perform hands-on duties including service orders and preventative maintenance.
