Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Athens, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing wiring and electrical equipment within the facility. You will also service mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV and security systems, ensuring compliance with Life Safety Codes and DNv guidelines.

Strong hands-on capability is required. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in maintenance with electrical experience; a GED or high school diploma is required,

Qualifications

• Graduate of Electrician program preferred.
• 3 years of Maintenance Tech experience including electrical work is required.

Responsibilities

Responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing wiring, electrical equipment and fixtures. Maintains and repairs mechanical, electrical, plumbing, TV and security systems in the facility. Maintains the facility in accordance with DNV guidelines and Life Safety Codes. Perform hands on duties including service orders, preventative maintenance and various other requests, verbal and written.

Qualifications

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Graduate of a Electrician program Preferred

Work Experience

• 3 years of Maintenance Tech experience, including electrical experience. Required
• Experience may be substituted if graduate from a Electrician program
