The position is Grade PW-14 with hourly salary limits:
This role involves skilled electrical work including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and machinery in wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and related facilities. It may also include work on traffic lights and other public works projects. The employee will perform general maintenance mechanic duties.
Two (2) years of experience as an unlimited licensed journeyperson or at least six (6) years of equivalent experience and training. Valid Unlimited Electrical Contractor License (E-1) issued by the State of Connecticut. Preference for candidates with industrial electrical experience, including electronic control systems for pumps, motors, VFDs, and programmable controls. Must possess a valid Connecticut motor vehicle driver’s license.
