Job summary

SCEE Electrical is seeking experienced Electricians for a Kalgoorlie construction project on a 2/1 roster. You will work in a brownfield plant environment, replacing MCC and transformer, and installing a new generator system with associated electrical infrastructure.

You must hold an unrestricted WA Electrical Licence, be safety-driven, and have a National Police Clearance. Mining/industrial Brownfield experience, a White Card, and a valid driver's licence are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining, industrial, or brownfield plant projects preferred.
• Safety focused, reliable and with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Replace the existing MCC and transformer within an operational brownfield plant environment.
• Install and commission a new emergency generator system and related electrical infrastructure.
• Remove redundant motor feeder cabling and decommission obsolete equipment.
• Install, terminate, test, and commission new power and control cabling throughout the existing plant.

About the Role SCEE Electrical are looking for experienced and motivated Electricians to join our team on a construction project based in Kalgoorlie on a 2/1 roster. We are looking for proactive, safety-driven Electricians who are committed to delivering quality work across a versatile range of works.

In addition, your scope of work will include:

• Replace the existing MCC and transformer within an operational brownfield plant environment.
• Install and commission a new emergency generator system, including all associated electrical infrastructure.
• Remove redundant motor feeder cabling and decommission obsolete electrical equipment.
• Install, terminate, test, and commission new power and control cabling throughout the existing plant.

About You
To be successful in this position, you will bring proven experience as an Electrician with an unrestricted WA Electrical Licence and National Police Clearance. You will have previous experience working in mining, industrial or Brownfield Plant projects. You’ll be safety focused, reliable and efficient with a can-do attitude.

You will also be able to demonstrate the following:

• Construction White Card
• A high level of commitment to safety
• Valid Australian Drivers Licence
• CPR/LVR Certificate (issued within the last 12 months) desired
• Working at Heights (within 2 years) desired
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a high functioning team
