Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, panels, breakers, outlets, switches, fixtures, and related components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues (shorts, faulty wiring, tripped breakers, dead circuits, fixture failures, etc.).
• Perform routine maintenance, such as inspecting wiring, testing circuits, replacing worn components, and verifying load capacity.
• Handle punch list and turnover electrical items for apartments, new builds, and property rehabs (e.g., outlet/switch replacements, fixture installs, panel corrections).
• Install and repair branch circuits, service panels, lighting, and low-voltage systems (where applicable and certified).
• Test systems for proper operation, grounding, and code compliance.
• Communicate clearly with property managers, clients, and team members about work performed and any recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records and report job status.
• Use hand/power tools, wire strippers, conduit benders, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment safely.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, the Electrical Code (NEC), and local regulations.
