Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role located in the Nashville Metropolitan Area. The Electrician will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing electrical systems and components for residential HVAC systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting electrical issues, inspecting systems for compliance with safety standards, and ensuring efficient and safe operation. Collaboration with team members and delivering excellent customer service are essential elements of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles to assess and implement solutions effectively
• Experience in Electrical Work, including installation and wiring for residential HVAC systems
• Skill in Maintenance & Repair of electrical systems to ensure ongoing operational efficiency
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems and identify issues for quick resolution
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing and fixing electrical problems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and familiarity with standard industry tools and equipment
• Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical work are highly preferred
