The City of Westminster is seeking an Electrician II/III to maintain and repair water and wastewater equipment and controls. Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting, and coordination with the Plant Maintenance Supervisor, with overtime and on-call duties as needed.

Applicants must hold the appropriate Colorado electrical license (Journeyman or Master) and have at least three years in related maintenance. A valid driver’s license and safety awareness are essential.

Qualificações

• Journeyman Electrical license (Colorado or reciprocal) for Electrician II
• Master Electrical license (Colorado or reciprocal) for Electrician III
• Minimum of three (3) years in maintenance/repair of hydraulic pumps, motors, and process controls
• Valid driver license and clean driving record
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and on-call emergencies

Responsabilidades

• Perform inspections, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of water/wastewater treatment equipment and lift stations
• Inspect and repair three-phase motor control centers and related instrumentation
• Coordinate with Plant Maintenance Supervisor and outside contractors to ensure compliance with regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers and team; prepare written reports and logs
• Operate safely around high voltage, hazardous environments, and confined spaces
