Job summary

XenerPower USA is hiring an electrician helper crew for an industrial equipment installation at the HCTI facility in Sealy, Texas. You will work alongside licensed electricians installing conduit, cable, panelboards, and switchgear on an active project site.

This is hands-on field work. Prior electrical experience helps but is not required. What matters is that you show up on time, follow direction, and work safely.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day.
• Willingness to travel across Texas projects and work outdoors.
• Must pass background check and drug screen, valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with conduit bending, cutting, and installation.
• Pull and terminate wire and cable under supervision.
• Move, stage, and set panelboards, transformers, and switchgear.
• Use hand and power tools and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Load and unload materials and keep the job site organized.
• Follow all site safety rules, including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
