Job summary

SICE, Inc. in Houston is hiring an Electrician Helper to support foremen in installing electrical equipment on highways, including CCTV and LED lighting. The role involves pulling wire, setting up work areas, and assisting with safety and housekeeping at active worksites.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience handling small cranes is preferred.
  • Must pass pre-employment background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

  • Install electrical equipment, poles, high mast and other equipment for projects.
  • Pull electrical wire from service points to equipment.
  • Assist in excavation of new ditches and placement of conduits.
  • Assist in setting up and removing daily MOT to protect the site.
  • Keep storage neat and organized.
  • Move equipment from storage to job site.
  • Display a good attitude to perform tasks as needed.
