Trademasters Service is seeking a highly motivated Electrician to join our team supporting federal facilities in the Lorton, VA area. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate with benefits coverage from day one.

Applicants should have 4+ years of electrical experience in residential/commercial/government settings, NEC knowledge, and valid licenses where applicable. OT and on-call rotation may be required; safety and customer service are emphasized.

Hours: Full time. M-F, 7AM to finish (varies). Flexibility required for OT, On-Call rotation for after hours and weekends

Pay: $18 - $48+ / Hour From Apprentice to Experienced Licensed Master Electrician

Electrician Minimal Job Requirements

• Four (4) years+ electrical experience in residential, commercial and government environments
• Journey or Master licenses is highly preferred
• Knowledge of NEC codes and regulations
• Proficient with reading and interpreting schematics
• Experience working with basic hand tools, power tools and electronic test equipment
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Pass federal pre-employment drug screen and on-going random checks
• Pass pre-employment background check & ability to work on secured federal sites
• High standard of professionalism, work ethics and integrity
• Strong work knowledge of job safety and ability to complete safety compliance requirements
• Excellent customer service, ability to explain situations and work satisfactorily with customers and co-workers
• Motivated, willingness to learn and grow knowledge base, both professionally and technologically
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Ability to follow company guidelines and procedures
