Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Electrician-Foreman for projects in Franklin, Indiana. The role focuses on industrial electrical troubleshooting, maintenance, and control systems, including PLCs, drives, and sensors. You will lead a small team on site and ensure safety and quality on production lines.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and 5+ years industrial experience, with preference for an electrical license. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent plus five years industrial work experience preferred.
• Electrical license preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using test instruments.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations for maintenance department.
• Follows all safety policy and procedures including use of PPE.
• Diagnose and isolate production equipment malfunctions using schematics and diagrams.
• Work on combustion furnaces, including troubleshooting transmitters and burners.
• Installations: NEC-compliant installations and instrument calibration/repair.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs when production equipment is down.
• Assist other departments through planning and technical assistance.
• Stays current on city and state electrical codes.
