Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking an Electrician Foreman to lead the shop floor electrical team, ensure safe and efficient installation of panels, motors, and sensors, and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

The role requires a licensed electrician with 5+ years of hands-on experience and at least 2 years in supervision, strong schematic interpretation, and familiarity with NEC standards. Drug screening and safety training are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrician with at least 5 years of hands-on electrical experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in an electrical or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of NEC and industrial electrical systems.
• Experience operating lifts, forklifts, and other shop equipment.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring regular drug testing.

Job Role: The Electrician Foreman manages electrical workflow on the shop floor, including task coordination, hands-on work, and safety enforcement. Reporting to the Director of Operations and VP of Manufacturing, this position contributes directly to production success and supports prefabrication efforts for field construction.

Requirements

• Licensed electrician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in an electrical or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of NEC and industrial electrical systems.
• Experience operating lifts, forklifts, and other shop equipment.
• Ability to work at heights using fall protection and other safety equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying shop conditions (heat, cold, noise).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• This is a safety-sensitive position and requires regular drug testing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise).
• Must have the physical stamina to perform repetitive motions and remain on feet for most of the shift.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination sufficient to operate tools accurately and safely.

Preferences

• Experience supporting fabrication teams in a manufacturing or construction setting.
• Willingness to support tasks in insulation, welding, or painting as needed.
• Interest in mentoring and cross-training team members.
