Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrician to inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities. The role sits within Engineering and Technical Services, delivering support and preventive maintenance across our client sites.

You will oversee electrical and lighting systems, perform installations, review maintenance records, and work to ensure safety and reliability. A valid driver’s license and a Master Electrician license per local codes are often required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3–4 years related experience; Master Electrician license may be required by local electrical codes.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze and solve routine problems using technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance. Perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components of electrical and lighting systems (valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, condensers, cores, pipes).
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operated safely.
• Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
