Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with field experience.
• Ability to read and follow plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lay out, install, test and repair wiring, fixtures, motors and control systems.
• Interpret drawings and plans to determine procedures and tools.
• Install conduit, cable and duct banks; make terminations.
• Test systems and ensure electrical compatibility and safety.
• Work with high and low voltage systems and perform repairs as needed.
• Observe equipment to identify hazards and need for adjustments.
• Use hand, power, hydraulic, pneumatic tools as required.
• Disassemble and repair defective electrical equipment or systems.
• Maintain safety and project rules; work overtime as required.
