Qualifications

• Completion of an Electrical Technology program or equivalent field experience (1-3 years preferred)
• Basic knowledge of AC/DC systems, ability to read schematics, and use diagnostic tools
• Willingness to travel to various field locations and work in diverse teams
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (drug/alcohol, background check)
• Physical ability to perform moderate lifting, climbing and hands‑on tasks

Responsibilities

• Entry-level electrical cabinet rebuilds and shovel rewiring (wiring only, not live electricity)
• Shop-based rewiring of electrical components and cabinets
• Field work rewiring shovels during overhauls
• Assistance with troubleshooting, new machine builds, and relocation of machines
• Work under supervision with a focus on safety and process improvement
• Flexible schedule and travel required based on job location
