Job summary

NANA Construction, LLC is seeking an Electrical Apprentice to work under a Journeyman Electrician on wiring installations and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role supports the installation of lighting, power, and signaling systems while learning through the ABC Apprenticeship Program.

The candidate should be enrolled in the program, possess reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in the ABC Apprenticeship Program.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to work site.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record for the past three years preferred under company vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Install or maintain wiring methods for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.
• Plan layout, install, repair wiring, fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment.
• Pulls wiring through conduit and installs conduit as needed.
• Connects wiring to fixtures and power equipment; installs switches, relays, and circuit-breaker panels.
• Tests continuity and safety of electrical systems using instruments; observes equipment operation for hazards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned; no supervisory responsibilities.
