Job summary

Site Worker Corp seeks an Apprentice Electrician (2nd–4th Year) to join active commercial and residential crews in Jonesboro, AR. This contract role runs 8+ weeks, with potential for direct hire based on performance.

You will work under licensed electricians, accumulate field hours, and participate in classroom instruction toward licensure. Strong math skills, reliable transportation, and a willingness to lift 50+ lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on electrical field experience (approx. 4,000 hours) required.
• Enrolled in or actively pursuing enrollment in an approved electrical apprenticeship program.

Responsibilities

• Assist journeyman and master electricians with electrical rough-in and trim on commercial and residential projects.
• Install, bend, and support conduit systems under the direction of a licensed electrician.
• Read and follow electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and panel schedules with journeyman guidance.
• Attend apprenticeship classroom sessions and safety trainings; document hours for apprenticeship records.
