WHAT THIS ROLE ENTAILS:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (7 AM - 4/5 PM) with overtime available
• Work across North Texas (covering seven counties and hundreds of cities) and sometimes Oklahoma (if willing)
• Meet at our HQ before heading to job sites

As an Electrician Apprentice - Electrical Technician, you'll be learning by doing. That means getting your hands dirty pulling wire, running conduit, installing panels, and troubleshooting issues alongside seasoned pros. No standing around—you'll be in the mix, problem-solving and picking up skills that'll serve you for years to come. You'll also be expected to keep your work area tidy, communicate with the team, and follow safety rules (because we like keeping all our fingers, thank you very much). Every day is different, but one thing stays the same—you'll be learning, earning, and setting yourself up for a solid future.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Basic understanding of electrical tools and materials
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and work as a team
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

• Trade school experience
• 1+ years of experience in commercial electrical work or construction
• Familiarity with NEC (Electrical Code)
• Good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
