Job summary

Ingalls Shipbuilding, a division of HII, is seeking qualified Electricians to join the 23 Maintenance Electricians team in Pascagoula, MS. The role covers installation, test and repair of marine cables and equipment, including lighting, electrical power, electronics and fiber, using hand and power tools, testing devices, and following blueprints and schematics.

The Role

Electricians are responsible for the installation, test and repair of marine cables and equipment. Installation and connection of lighting, electrical power, electronics and fiber equipment, utilizing hand and power tools and various test equipment along with blue prints, drawings and schematics.

Must Have

• Requires a minimum of four (4) years of electrical experience in the commercial, industrial, or marine facility electrical field.
• Must be able to read blue prints and work from standard and metric specifications.

Nice to Have

• Mississippi Scholars Tech Master certification preferred.
