Job summary

HII's Ingalls Shipbuilding division in Pascagoula, MS is seeking Electricians to install and repair marine cable and electrical power equipment. The role requires two years of electrical experience or an electrical certificate/degree, and work will involve wiring hookup, installation and maintenance on complex shipboard systems. Shift: Multiple; Full-Time with no relocation assistance.

The Role

Electricians are responsible for the installation and repair of marine cable along with the installation and connection of lighting and electrical power equipment utilizing hand and power tools along with blue prints, drawings and schematics.

Must Have

Requires two years of electrical experience installing electrical wiring, equipment installation, and wiring hookup (commercial, industrial or marine) or two years from an accredited college with electrical certificate or degree or a combination of two years of work experience and schooling.
