Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in New Albany, OH is seeking an Electrician 4 to join Facilities Operations. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, motors, VFDs, controllers, and UPS systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience, ability to read schematics, knowledge of NEC/OSHA/NFPA, and CMMS proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
• Experience with power distribution, motors and VFDs.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and NEC/OSHA/NFPA standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, motors, VFDs, controllers, control panels, UPS systems, generators and transfer equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in line with CMMS work orders and SOPs.
• Support electrical systems in manufacturing, lab, warehouse and cleanroom environments with proper documentation.
• Work safely following LOTO, arc flash, OSHA/NFPA standards and site safety programs.
• Document work, update records, and communicate issues with maintenance teams and stakeholders.
