Job summary

Facilities Management in New Albany, OH seeks an Electrician 2 to join our Facilities Operations team. The role focuses on electrical maintenance and repairs in a highly automated manufacturing and distribution facility.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of electrical systems, with a 12-hour day shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) on a rotating schedule. Onsite with employee parking available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a commercial/industrial environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work alongside other maintenance trades outside of your primary discipline.

Our client, Facilities Management, is seeking an Electrician 2 to join their team. As an Electrician 2, you will be part of the Facilities Operations team supporting electrical maintenance and repair activities within a highly automated manufacturing and distribution facility. The ideal candidate will have commercial and/or industrial electrical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to read electrical schematics and drawings, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Schedule

12-hour Day Shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM)

• Week 1: Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday
• Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday

In other words, this is an alternating 12-hour schedule where employees work:

• Experience supporting automated manufacturing, distribution, or industrial facilities.
