Ideal candidates will read schematics, manage time effectively, and maintain a strong focus on quality and safety while working around moving parts and in confined spaces.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Completion of college/vocational or technical training preferred.
• Appropriate credentials and certifications.
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment.
• Solid interpersonal skills in a diverse setting.

Responsibilities

• Install switchgear.
• Rough and finish wiring and control systems.
• Install components and wiring per standards.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical control circuits for motors and devices.
• Instruct and coach apprentices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology and repair techniques.
