Job summary

Complete Building Services is seeking an experienced Electrician to lead all electrical preventative maintenance tasks and repairs. The Electrician will maintain and repair systems, support utility mechanics, and respond to emergencies.

To qualify, candidates must hold a Journeyman commercial/industrial license and have at least four years of experience in electrical systems. The position offers a competitive salary of $52.70 per hour and requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple priorities.

Qualifications

About the Role

Electrician shall serve as CBS's lead on all related electrical preventative maintenance tasks, service calls, and repair initiatives.

• General operations, maintenance installation, and repair of electrical systems and components
• Coordinate with specialty sub-contractors to perform high voltage testing and apply trade skills as necessary
• Install, maintain and repair electrical fixtures, equipment, and systems
• Support Engineers and Utility Mechanics when they perform certain electrical specific tasks
• Must be available to respond to on-site emergencies
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair complex electrical power distribution systems
• Operate and perform preventative maintenance on complex facility electrical power distribution systems
• Perform certification testing
• Facility code compliance: assure compliance with Federal, State and Local safety and health standards

Work Hours & Compensation

All Shifts 7am - 3pm, (SUN - THU) or (TUE - SAT) or (FRI - TUE)

Salary: $52.70 per hour

Qualifications

• Possess a Journeyman commercial/industrial license issued by a State or other accredited board.
• Must possess at least four years of Journeyman Level experience (obtained within the past 7 years) performing inspection, troubleshooting, repairing, operating and performing preventive maintenance on complex electrical power distribution systems.
• Possess accreditation by National Electrical Testing Association (NETA).
• Demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in Building Operations.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
