Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks an Electrician to support its Energy Projects team with construction and commissioning of Supercharger and commercial energy infrastructure across the Reno/Sparks region. The role is field-based, requiring conduit and equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting, and collaboration with a team of electricians on active sites.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of electrical construction experience, MV exposure, and willingness to travel regionally; OSHA 10/30

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of electrical construction experience.
• Commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience.
• Hands-on experience with conduit installation and electrical equipment installation.
• Experience testing and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Experience using multimeters and electrical testing equipment.
• Exposure to Medium Voltage (MV) electrical systems.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly for project work.
• Underground experience with PVC, underground conduit, manholes, etc.

Schedule: 5-6 days per week with weekend work as project needs require. 8-10 hour days

Travel: 80% travel throughout the Reno/Sparks area, with additional travel required as projects ramp up

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Compensation: Approximately $55 per hour + equity

Position Overview

Beacon Hill is seeking an Electrician to support its Energy Projects team with the construction and commissioning of Supercharger and commercial energy infrastructure throughout the Reno/Sparks region.

This is a highly field-based position supporting active electrical construction projects. The Electrician will work alongside other Electricians performing conduit and equipment installation, assisting with electrical terminations, testing and troubleshooting electrical systems, and supporting medium- and low-voltage power systems.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on commercial or industrial electrical construction experience and be comfortable working in an accelerated construction environment that requires frequent regional and overnight travel.
