In this role you will perform general electrical work from design and inspection to implementation, including wiring new appliances such as bathroom fans, installing new switches or replacing existing ones, and many other home improvement and energy‑efficiency measures. Previous experience in solar PV installation and maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Adhere to Greenlink and OSHA safety standards;
- Run AC and DC wiring, perform service panel upgrades and meter pedestal changeouts;
- Handle general electrical work related to construction, home improvement, and energy efficiency;
- Perform electrical wiring, conduit work, and panel installations;
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical components of solar energy systems.
Qualifications
- 5 to 10+ years of electrician experience and equivalent practical knowledge of electrical work;
- Proven experience as an electrician with extensive commercial electrical experience;
- Familiarity with inverters, charge controllers, and battery storage systems;
- Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g., wire strippers, voltmeter) and electrical drawings and blueprints;
- Thorough knowledge of safety procedures, legal regulations, and guidelines;
- Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving ability;
- Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight;
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Physical Requirements
- Lift 75 pounds repeatedly;
- Bend over and kneel on surfaces;
- Squat, crawl, and twist in a variety of ways;
- Operate power tools and other small tools such as hammers and wrenches;
- Handle inclement weather.
Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to foster a positive team environment through collaborative decision‑making;
- Clean driving record and access to transportation to job sites;
- NABCEP certification;
- Valid electrician’s license or certification.
