Job summary

Captivate, LLC is seeking a hands-on Electrician in Naples, FL to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for new and retrofit projects. The role requires climbing, cabling, and using power and hand tools, with a strong commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship.

You will read blueprints, communicate with clients and team members, and contribute to clean work sites while documenting progress for project managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical installation experience
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
• High-end residential electrical work is preferred

Responsibilities

• Install/Maintain/Repair electrical and lighting systems (new/retro)
• Read and Interpret blueprints
• Learn and assist with low voltage cabling
• Advanced troubleshooting of electrical issues
• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Communication with clients and team members
• Maintain clean, organized job site
• Document work and communicate weekly updates to PM

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 / hour

Description

You Are:

• A trustworthy individual. Hungry to learn and grow. Hands-on and love being in the field as opposed to being behind a desk. Technically inclined and always curious how things work.

You Have:

• Experience on construction sites. Ability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools & hand tools. A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Location:

• In-Person (Not Remote or Hybrid)
• 1040 Collier Center Way # 2, Naples, FL 34110

Your Schedule:

• Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
• Mon-Fri 7:30am-3:30pm
