Job summary

Tri-State Water, Power & Air in Kansas City, MO is seeking an Electrician to join the Generator Installation Team. You will lead residential standby generator installations, wiring, and service upgrades, ensuring all work meets NEC codes and safety standards.

You\'ll partner with plumbers and installers, manage supplies, and complete projects on time and to exacting standards. A valid license and clean driving record are preferred as we grow our energy solutions business.

Qualifications

• Electrical license highly preferred.
• Residential wiring and panel/service experience.
• Strong understanding of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical installations for residential standby generators and ATS systems.
• Complete wiring, conduit, and panel/service upgrades to code.
• Troubleshoot, test, and verify installations for reliable operation.
• Partner with plumbers, installers, and customers for smooth project delivery.
• Keep tools, materials, and job sites safe, organized, and professional.
