Harv's Electric in Houston is hiring experienced Commercial Journeyman Electricians to join our growing team. If you're looking for steady commercial work, overtime opportunities, and a company that values quality craftsmanship, this is the role you've been waiting for.

You will install conduit, panels, transformers, lighting, read blueprints, troubleshoot systems, and maintain NEC compliance on large commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Texas Journeyman Electrician License (required or preferred, as applicable).
• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience.
• Strong understanding of NEC standards.
• Experience with conduit bending, panel installation, and commercial electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work overtime on active commercial sites.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40ft.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Install EMT, IMC, and rigid conduit.
• Pull wire and terminate panels.
• Install switchgear, transformers, lighting systems, and commercial electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Troubleshoot commercial electrical systems.
• Perform commercial rough-ins and equipment installations.
• Maintain NEC compliance and jobsite safety standards.
• Work independently and with crews to complete projects on schedule.
