Harv's Electric, Inc. is seeking dependable Commercial Apprentice Electricians to grow their careers on large-scale commercial construction projects across the Houston area.

We offer a steady work schedule, 40–55 hours per week with consistent overtime, PTO, holidays, a 401(k), long-term projects, and hands-on paid training with experienced electricians. Join a team focused on quality work and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of continuous commercial electrical experience.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience preferred.
• Experience with conduit bending, wire pulling, and rough-ins.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work 40–55 hours per week.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 ft.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial electrical installations.
• Install and bend EMT conduit.
• Pull wire and assist with commercial rough-ins.
• Install lighting, devices, and electrical components.
• Support panel and equipment installations.
• Follow NEC guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and organized jobsites.
• Work safely on active commercial construction sites.

What You'll Earn

What You'll Do
