Job summary

Harper Electric is seeking a motivated Construction Electrician to join our growing team on commercial construction projects. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems per plans, codes, and safety standards while collaborating with the Foreman and crew.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, terminating conduit, and wiring, plus ensuring quality work and safety on site. Overtime is available during peak seasons and in summer as needed.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction electrical experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and plans.
• Attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of NEC and electrical safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and systems on commercial construction projects.
• Install and terminate conduit, wire, cable, panels, disconnects, lighting, devices, and other components.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Perform electrical installations accurately and efficiently according to project requirements.
• Measure, cut, bend, and install conduit and pull/terminate wire and cable.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment safely.
• Assist with troubleshooting electrical systems and correcting installation issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety requirements per company, OSHA, and site.

Harper Electric is seeking a motivated Construction Electrician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an electrician looking to build on their commercial construction experience and work on a variety of new construction projects.

The Construction Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems on commercial construction projects. This position performs electrical work according to project plans, specifications, applicable codes, and company safety standards while working closely with the Foreman and other members of the construction team.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, fixtures, and systems on commercial construction projects.
• Install and terminate conduit, wire, cable, panels, disconnects, lighting, devices, and other electrical components.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Perform electrical installations accurately and efficiently according to project requirements.
