IKO Industries Ltd. in Hagerstown, MD seeks an Electrician to maximize plant performance through electrical system troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance.

This role requires handling electrical distribution and control equipment, PLCs, and MMI/HMI interfaces to keep production running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of plant electrical maintenance, experience with Allen Bradley drives and PLC programming, and the stamina for call-out shifts, including

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of electrical maintenance experience in a plant setting.
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley Drives, Relay Logic, PLCs, and Programming.
• Experience with instrumentation sensors and transmitters.
• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting using remote HMI.
• Able to work 24-hour call-out, shift and weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical, distribution, and control equipment at the plant.
• Work with computers, line drive and PLCs, and other technical schematics.
• Organize work area, tools, and parts.
• Manage assigned work orders while complying with safety rules (lock, tag, verify).
• Work in a team setting with maintenance personnel; perform with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
