Job summary

val's services is seeking an experienced maintenance electrician to join our on-site operations focused on keeping process and facility equipment running. You will maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and control systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform inspections to ensure uptime and safety.

Responsibilities include compliance with OSHA and environmental programs, plus recommending safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician with NEC code experience and safety focus.
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors/indoors.
• Strong communication and problem-solving, with attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and uptime of operations.

Qualifications Include

• Journeyman Electrical experience and knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)

• Physical ability to work outdoors/indoors, climb, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in elevated areas

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Licensed Electrician
• Experience with automation, PLCs, and industrial maintenance systems
• Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory systems
