Job summary

Jabil is seeking a detail-oriented Electrical Technician to support assembly, wiring, and basic electrical installation tasks. This role emphasizes point-to-point wiring using various hand, power, and pneumatic tools, with a strong focus on quality and safety.

The candidate should follow detailed work instructions, maintain high standards, and be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds and working on ladders up to six feet. 2nd shift includes a 10% shift differential.

• Experience with point-to-point wiring and basic electrical assembly.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 6 feet.

Responsibilities

• Perform point-to-point wiring and electrical assembly using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
• Read and follow detailed work instructions and production guidelines.
• Ensure accurate wire routing, terminations, and secure connections.
• Inspect components and completed work to verify quality and compliance with specifications.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work environment.
• Safely operate equipment while following all workplace safety procedures.
• Perform light computer work, including data entry, reporting, and documentation of completed tasks.
• Work on ladders up to 6 feet as required.
