Job summary

Modine in Minnesota is seeking an entry-level Electrician to read electrical diagrams and wire motors and control panels for HVAC units. This is a non-licensed Electrician position designed for growth within our team.

You will follow job specifications, maintain equipment and logs, and support wiring tasks while adhering to safety standards and site procedures. Opportunity for skill development within a global company.

Key Responsibilities

• Wire HVAC units according to job specifications, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality and personal safety.
• Wire motors and units; run conduits; assist in wiring control panels and components as needed.
• Maintain equipment, tools, and work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Follow record keeping practices by accurately logging pertinent information.
• Assist in implementation of changes in methods or procedures.
• Accept other duties and responsibilities as assigned or when required by customer needs.

Required Education & Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Some electrical training is helpful.This is a Non-licensed Electrician position.
• At least some experience working with electrical wiring and diagrams.
• Experience working with HVAC equipment is preferred.
