Key Responsibilities
- Wireman Level 1 – Entry Level
- Assist in measuring and preparing control panels and enclosures
- Drill, tap, and install electrical components under supervision
- Perform point-to-point wiring using schematics and diagrams
- Help route wire and conduit on skid-mounted systems
- Operate tools and machinery with guidance (saws, hydraulic punches, forklift, crane, etc.)
- Wireman Level 2
- Perform Level 1 duties independently
- Install and route wiring on shop systems with minimal instruction
- Power up panels and verify operations safely
- Identify standard machine types and associated equipment
- Interpret and follow electrical and mechanical drawings
- Wireman Level 3 – Experienced
- Lead installation of systems at customer sites (electrical focus, mechanical optional)
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues using schematics and testing tools
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand and address problems
- Identify incorrect or missing parts and take corrective action
- Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship with minimal oversight
Qualifications
- Experience wiring industrial control panels and automated machinery
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and ladder logic
- Skilled trade certification or equivalent 2 years of hands-on industrial experience preferred
- Competent in using hand tools, measuring equipment, and power tools

Physical Requirements
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, climb ladders, and work in varied environments
