JOB SUMMARY

The Wireman III is a senior, highly skilled individual contributor responsible for complex electrical assemblies, advanced troubleshooting, and supporting higher-level builds. This role serves as a technical mentor to Wireman I and II team members and partners closely with engineering on prototype, NPI, and continuous improvement efforts. This position is not a people‑manager role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute and lead complex electrical and control panel assemblies with minimal supervision
• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis
