Job summary

Aerotek in Pasadena, TX seeks an experienced electrical assembler to build and wire panel boxes and switchgears. You will connect cables, crimp wires, and perform mechanical assembly using hand and power tools to complete units from 1-line and 3-line drawings.

This contract-to-hire role requires 2+ years of wiring experience and the ability to work onsite on day shift 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with longer days as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical wiring experience.
• Experience in electrical assembly of panels or switchgears.
• Ability to read 1-line and 3-line drawings.
• Familiarity with low voltage and medium voltage systems.
• Possession of hand tools and power tools.

The day shift runs Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, typically involving 11-hour workdays for 5-6 days a week.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pasadena, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
