Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company seeks a skilled technician to aid in validating electrical components for Thermal Management Systems. You will work on new and existing products, testing labs, and collaborate with design and test teams to ensure quality and reliability.

The role requires soldering/electrical rework experience, an associate degree in a related field, and the ability to travel for field support. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
• Intermediate electrical proficiency demonstrated.
• Soldering and electrical rework experience required.
• Preferred 5 years in electrical or related position.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, documentation, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform experimental and validation testing and provide feedback for Modine TMS products.
• Maintain electrical lab and coordinate with other TMS testing areas.
• Read and apply schematics, prints, and datasheets.
• Assemble electromechanical systems per engineering specs.
• Improve products and processes with current and new developments.
• Implement and justify new components/technologies.
• Ensure products meet internal and industry standards.
• Communicate issues and design feedback to stakeholders.
• Travel to provide field support for troubleshooting and modification.
• Complete projects within budgets with high quality.
• Assist team with design, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Validate new/changed components (controllers, wire harnesses, fans, etc.).
• Validate internal engineering design specs for electromechanical components."
• Maintain and enforce internal safety standards.
